This engagement session was so special for many reasons. First of all, I got to stand in a cherry picker and take photos of a stunning couple standing in a treehouse that Chase built from scratch. Like he casually built a treehouse on their front lawn out of materials he collected around Farmersville, Texas. And the “treehouse” has air conditioning, wi-fi, a TV, a couch, and a lofted bed.
But that’s not why this shoot has my heart.
Juliet was my first and closest friend from college. We roomed together freshman year at Louisiana State University and have been best friends since. That first year was the only time we’ve lived in the same state, but Juliet doesn’t need to live close to me to be an amazing friend. I now live in Salem, MA and she lives in Farmersville, TX, which is possibly the most adorable Texan town, complete with the most divine barbecue joint in an old saloon.
I am so excited that Juliet found Chase. He loves her goofiness even more than I do, and they have two precious fur babies together. I can’t wait for their wedding in April, and I’m so honored to walk down the aisle as a bridesmaid! Check out their gorgeous, rustic engagement session in Farmersville, Texas.
Look at this treehouse!!
Seriously, how good looking are these two?
My heart is bursting with joy just looking at these photos again. Love you Chase and Juliet!
