I’m blogging 2019 completely out of order, but I am so excited to bring Ashley and Anthony’s Sugarbush wedding in Warren VT to the blog!
Ashley and Anthony found me through Instagram when they won an engagement session giveaway I hosted. I was so excited when they booked me for their wedding. Any excuse to get to travel to Vermont is worth it, and this beautiful wedding day made it extra special.
The couple hosted the entire day of festivities at the ski resort – from getting ready, the ceremony, cocktail hour and the wedding reception. Ski lifts took guests up onto the mountain for the ceremony, overlooking the gorgeous Green Mountains and the entire ski valley. The light was so beautiful for their mountaintop portraits, but the most fun part of the day was riding the ski lift up and down the mountain and taking photos in the process.
Ashley and Anthony hosted a gorgeous reception in Sugarbush’s lodge and treated guests to maple syrup favors and a variety of amazing cupcakes. They were so nice to seat us at a table, so we got to take home jugs of maple syrup! I hope you love these photos as much as I loved taking them! It’s always a treat to visit a new venue, and this was definitely out of the norm from my usual seaside celebrations.
