Next to the blog is Alex and Ryn’s beautiful fall Misselwood wedding on the Endicott College campus. Misselwood is one of my favorite Northshore wedding venues and am featured on their preferred vendor list! The mansion itself is stunning, and has separate spaces to host the bride and groom as they get ready for the wedding day. The ceremony has sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean that can’t be beat. For cocktail hour, guests can enjoy the ocean views from a beautiful stone patio with bubbling fountain and bistro lights. And for receptions, Misselwood allows brides and grooms use of their on-site tent, weatherproof tent.
This venue is the perfect mix of New England estate and coastal, and I never get tired of photographing here. I joined Alex and Ryn as they got ready on site. I absolutely loved Alex’s glam look, complete with voluminous finger waves. Alex’s bridal portraits are some of my all-time favorites, scroll to see them all!
I couldn’t have chosen better weather or more beautiful light to capture this special day. Alex’s father collects classic cars, and brought in a gorgeous white antique car for us to use in portraits. I can’t decide if I loved their portraits with the antique car or on the rocks overlooking the Atlantic Ocean better.
