Leah and Matt’s Autumn Lane Estate wedding was such a special one to photograph. Back in 2019, I got to photograph Leah’s sister’s wedding, which you can view on the blog here. Just like her sister Becca’s wedding, Leah and Matt’s wedding was intimate and beautiful, with a strong focus on family and the special people gathered to celebrate.
Autumn Lane Estate is a relatively new venue with so much to offer. Couples can rent the entire property for their friends and family for the whole weekend. The property features houses where guests can stay, and I believe the property is adding smaller cottages so that all of the wedding guests can stay on site. Throughout the weekend, guests can go to Autumn Lane’s private beach and rent the boat for a day on Sebago Lake. I am such a fan of this venue, they do everything right!
On this particular day, Leah and Matt got ready on site and enjoyed a beautiful first look down by the lake. This wedding took place in Sept. 2020, during the height of event restrictions. Although the wedding was smaller, it was so special to be a part of. Leah and Matt said I do under the trees, beneath a wooden arbor. They shared their cocktail hour, first dance and toasts underneath the string bistro lights on the patio, and enjoyed dinner underneath the tent.
