West Beach Beverly family photos

I am excited to feature the Brown Family on the blog, as this was one of my favorite family sessions I’ve ever done. We met at West Beach, a small private beach in Beverly white perfectly smooth sand and an abandoned pier. The wood pier and the green grasses along the edge of the beach made for amazing backdrops for this family portrait session. This is a private beach for residents only. If you’re looking to shoot on a beach with a similar vibe, I recommend Crane Beach in Ipswich.

Sweet little Logan fell asleep minutes into our session and just enjoyed the warm son and his parents cuddles as I took these images. I was lucky to photograph Logan’s cousin’s family in Swampscott just a few weeks before, and you can view their family session on the blog here.

The entire session was shot on my Contax 645 film camera with Portra 400, Tri-X 400 and Delta 400 film. All film processing by Photovision
