Cue one of my favorite celebrations of all time: Shae & Andrew’s Beacon Hill wedding at a private club.
These two hosted the most gorgeous al fresco wedding in the heart of Boston, which is simply unheard of! There are hardly any locations in Beacon Hill to host a wedding, let alone with enough outdoor space for a reception. The amazing Kristyn Kerkorian pulled together a dream team and dream design for this September celebration.
The couple exchanged vows and rings and St. Cecilia’s Church, which is well known for it’s “hip” priest, Father John. Scroll to see Shae and Andrew’s exit from the church, one of my favorite images in this collection.
I took their portraits in Boston Public Garden on a warm and sunny September day. We opted to walk rather than take their Rolls Royce, which I thought was so sweet. The two held hands as they meandered up Beacon Hill to their cocktail hour at a private club.
The setting was cozy, historic and opulent. The floral decor by Laura Jean Floral Design was bright and perfectly transitional from summer to fall. Just wait until you see their al fresco dinner reception. The lighting and vibes were unmatched!
I hope you enjoy looking through these – it was one of my favorite weddings ever! If you are planning your own Beacon Hill wedding, please contact me here.
