Make way for one of my favorite blog posts to date – Andi & Ed’s Salem MA engagement session! I lived in Salem for 4 years and bonded with these two because we LOVE our dogs and we were neighbors! After finding me on Instagram and booking me for their June 2020 wedding, we started planning their engagement session to showcase their love of Salem.

We began their session in the gardens behind the Ropes Mansion – one of my favorite hidden gems in Salem. The gardens at the Ropes Mansion are so well kept and the flowers change throughout the seasons from spring peonies to fall dahlias. We wandered through the historic Chestnut St. neighborhood and stopped in another special garden across from Hamilton Hall.

To finish their session, I snuck Andi & Ed onto the rooftop of my apartment building. The views overlooking Salem were amazing! I’m so thankful to Andi & Ed for trusting me to capture their relationship and love of Salem! I can’t WAIT for their wedding next year at Beech Ridge Barn in Maine!
