I am thrilled to share Elaina and Alex’s Bedell Cellars wedding next on the blog!

After traveling to New York City for their engagement session, I was excited to travel again to the state for their wedding. This time, the location was the fabulous Menhaden hotel for getting ready and Bedell Cellars for the festivities.

Elaina and Alex were beyond wonderful to work with. I was 8 months pregnant for their wedding, and they were so gracious and accommodating. We also had an unexpected downpour that cut down on our portrait time. They were flexible, patient and so happy to just be getting married. They got their outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, as well as plenty of portraits in the vines after the rain stopped.

This was my first trip to Long Island and I absolutely loved it. I’d love to return to North Fork or the Hamptons for more weddings. I brought Josh with me for this wedding weekend, and we had the best time dining out and exploring the beautiful North Fork region. In particular, we loved Little Creek Oyster Farm in Greenport and The Halyard at the Sound View Hotel.
